À propos du poste En tant que Functional Analyst, vous jouez le rôle de lien entre les attentes métiers et la mise en œuvre technique. Vous transformez les besoins business en instructions claires et structurées et accompagnez les équipes de développement tout au long du processus afin de garantir des solutions de haute qualité. Responsabilités Traduire les besoins métiers en spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. Animer des ateliers et entretiens pour collecter et clarifier les besoins. Travailler avec des API, des modèles de données, des concepts SQL et les bases de l'architecture des systèmes. Créer des process flows, schémas fonctionnels, user stories et scénarios de test. Coordonner avec les équipes de développement pour assurer une implémentation correcte. Exécuter et documenter les tests, analyser les défauts et soutenir le troubleshooting. Communiquer clairement avec les parties prenantes et gérer efficacement les attentes. Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus, de la documentation et des bonnes pratiques. Profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Functional Analyst ou dans un rôle similaire. Bonne compréhension des APIs, modèles de données, SQL, concepts cloud et architecture IT générale. Expérience en rédaction de documentation fonctionnelle, diagrammes et cas de test. Capacité à effectuer des analyses root cause et challenger les besoins lorsque nécessaire. Communicateur(trice) clair(e), capable de vulgariser des concepts techniques pour un public non technique. Expérience dans un environnement Agile (Scrum) est un atout. Proactif(ve), structuré(e) et capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement. Maîtrise du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français sont un plus.
