Responsibilities Work as part of an Agile Scrum team with Developers, Testers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications Perform deep analysis of existing architectures and services to identify improvements Support the migration from TIBCO orchestration services to a Java (Spring 5)–based solution Align functional and technical analysis with development and testing teams Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and architects to define optimal solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with internal and external clients Challenge business requirements and propose alternative or improved solutions Coach and mentor junior functional analysts Identify dependencies between deliverables and organize work efficiently Contribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team Skills Strong functional analysis experience in complex enterprise environments Excellent technical understanding with a strong focus on Java Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and integration principles Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology Proven ability to analyze and improve complex systems Knowledge of TIBCO (preferred) Experience with XSD / XSLT (nice to have) Business knowledge in Mortgage Loans (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and lead other analysts
