We're hiring: Functional Analyst Billing (SAP IS-U) Are you an experienced SAP IS-U Billing Functional Analyst with a passion for energy, customer experience, and end-to-end solutions? Your role As a Functional Analyst Billing (SAP IS-U), you will be part of a multidisciplinary Agile team (marketing, analysts, process engineers, technical teams). You act as the bridge between business needs and SAP IS-U configuration, ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and customer-centric. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing and translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing solutions Collaborating closely with technical teams during configuration and build Iteratively delivering solutions to ensure fast time-to-market and immediate value Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents and defects Preparing and executing functional and end-to-end tests Actively contributing to continuous improvement and excellent customer experience Must-have requirements Trilingual: English, Dutch, and French (English + French or English + Dutch must be excellent) Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing Minimum 8 years of experience with Belgian energy suppliers Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify dependencies and impacts Proven experience in end-to-end functional analysis Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to stakeholders Customer-oriented mindset and strong listening skills Agile mindset with experience working in sprints and deadlines What we offer A key role in a complex and impactful energy environment Collaboration with experienced professionals in a modern Agile setup Challenging functional topics with real business impact A long-term opportunity for senior SAP IS-U specialists Why Join Kronos by EPSA?
