Voor een gerenommeerde speler binnen de zorg- en mobiliteitssector in de regio van Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Reporting Analyst.

Jouw taken
- Ondersteuning van het team bij het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van financiële resultaten van verschillende entiteiten binnen de organisatie.
- Uitvoeren van kritische analyses en identificeren van afwijkingen in trends, die vervolgens worden besproken met de desbetreffende personen voor verdere opvolging.
- Uitvoeren van controles en reconciliaties van intercompany-transacties en saldi, met bespreking en opvolging van afwijkingen samen met accounting.
- Rapportering over de geconsolideerde cijfers van de groep aan interne belanghebbenden, in samenwerking met het team.
- Opmaak van maand- en kwartaalrapportages aan de moedermaatschappij volgens interne richtlijnen en deadlines.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de geconsolideerde cijfers.
- Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses over de operationele performantie van de entiteiten.
- Bijdragen aan verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen het team, voornamelijk met betrekking tot de financiële rapportagesystemen.
- Implementeren van best practices en bijdragen aan de creatie van gestandaardiseerde processen.
- Actieve deelname aan het opstellen van forecasts en budgetten.
- Rapporteren aan de Head of Controlling.
Vereisten:
- Een masterdiploma in Economie of Handelswetenschappen.
- Een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of externe audit, met een sterke interesse om de functie verder uit te bouwen.
- Een sterk analytische geest en een uitstekende cijfermatige vaardigheid.
- Nauwkeurigheid, gestructureerd en planmatig werken om deadlines en doelstellingen te behalen.
- Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft-tools, in het bijzonder Excel.
- Hands-on, resultaatgericht en proactief kunnen werken.
- Het vermogen om onder tijdsdruk te werken en prioriteiten te stellen.
- Ervaring met financiële rapportagesystemen en verbeteringsprocessen.
- Ervaring in een internationale of geconsolideerde omgeving.
- Kennis van aanvullende analytische tools of software.
- Teamplayer die zich opstelt als een partner voor interne klanten.

Je krijgt in ruil een competitief salarispakket met een range tussen €2.800 Bruto en €4.000 Bruto, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
