Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen is Aqtor op zoek naar een
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Je ondersteunt het team in het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van financiële resultaten van verschillende entiteiten binnen de organisatie.
- Je voert kritische analyses uit en identificeert afwijkingen in trends. Deze bespreek je met de desbetreffende personen en je zorgt voor de gepaste opvolging.
- Je maakt controles en reconciliaties van intercompany-transacties en saldi. Afwijkingen bespreek je en volg je op tesamen met accounting.
- Samen met het team, rapporteer je over de geconsolideerde cijfers van de groep aan interne belanghebbenden.
- Samen met het team, verzorg je de maand- en kwartaalrapportages aan de moedermaatschappij volgens hun interne richtlijnen en deadlines.
- Je bent een aanspreekpersoon voor de vragen over de geconsolideerde cijfers.
- Op ad-hoc basis maak je analyses over de operationele performantie van de entiteiten.
- Je werkt mee aan de verbeteringsinitiatieven van het team, voornamelijk rond de financiële rapportagesystemen.
- Je staat steeds open voor het implementeren van best practices binnen het team en draagt bij aan het creëren van gestandaardiseerde processen.
- Je werkt ook actief mee aan het opstellen van forecasts en budgetten.
- Je rapporteert aan de Head of Controlling.
- Je bezit een masterdiploma Economie of Handelswetenschappen.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of externe audit en bent sterk geïnteresseerd om intern mee de functie te helpen uitbouwen.
- Je hebt een sterk analytische geest en je bent cijfermatig sterk.
- Je werkt accuraat, gestructureerd en planmatig om de gestelde deadlines en doelstellingen te halen.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Microsoft-tools, en in het bijzonder van Excel.
- Je bent een teamplayer en je stelt je op als een partner voor je interne klanten.
- Je bent hands-on, resultaatgericht en proactief.
- Je kan omgaan met tijdsdruk en je kan prioriteiten onderscheiden.
- Een veelzijdige en boeiende uitdaging met veel ruimte voor initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Een contract van onbepaalde duur in een dynamische omgeving.

- We werken 39u per week en beschikken over 6 extra (ADV-)verlofdagen.
