Application Production Support ensures the application production on both the technical and functional support part. He/she is the guarantor of the maintenance in operational conditions of the service. He/She ensures the smooth running of processes (batch, transfer, ...) and the proper functioning of applications (relevant business data, functional result, correct execution of application workflows ...). In a context of increasing changes, he/she manages the various releases on his/her perimeter. He/She intervenes not only in the event of incidents to restore service but also preventively through data analysis and automation to improve service quality and user experience.
