Investigate bugs that are reported by multiple users and determine appropriate actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Team, Development Teams (Level 3), System Administrators and other stakeholder to resolve infrastructure or software-related issues and implement corrective actions. Keep Level 1 informed on request status and progress by ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the ticket lifecycle. Document inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and thorough records. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal documentation and support materials (Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, etc.)Knowledge and skills:Higher education or equivalent professional experience.English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international team.Proactive, stress-resistant, and capable of knowledge sharing.Miscellaneous:ITIL Foundation Certified.French language is an asset.Other requirements:Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.EU Citizenship.Ready to embark on an exciting journey with us?Apply now to join a vibrant team contributing to technological advancements in European Institutions.
