Je ondersteunt HR-processen met een focus op rapportage, projectmanagement en continue verbetering. Je ondersteunt de klanten van het HR-team in het Caterpillar Distributiecentrum in Grimbergen. Je zorgt voor operationele uitmuntendheid in HR door nauwkeurig ondersteuning te bieden bij naleving van arbeidsvoorschriften, loonadministratie, afwezigheidsbeheer, tijdregistratie, beloningsbeheer en beheer van personeelsgegevens. Je levert uitstekende klantenservice door interpretatie van de bedrijfsbehoeften. Je ontwikkelt expertise in HR-operationele processen. Je identificeert mogelijkheden voor continue verbeteringen om efficiëntie en effectiviteit te vergroten. Je verzamelt, analyseert en rapporteert HR-operationele statistieken om zo datagestuurde besluitvorming te ondertsteunen. Vereiste opleiding Bachelor of Master in bedrijfs- of organisatiemanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Vereiste skills: Service Excellence: Je begrijpt klantserviceconcepten en -technieken. Je voldoet aan of overtreft klantenbehoeften en -verwachtingen. Je integreert geautomatiseerde oplossingen in de HR-dienst met behulp van de nieuwste technologie. Verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen: Je begrijpt de optimale aanpak om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren. Je Identificeert, evalueert en implementeert een efficiënte bedrijfsaanpak. Je stelt manieren voor om verspilling in processen tegen te gaan. Je neemt deel aan voorbereidingsanalyse voor procesveranderingen. HR Beleid, Standaarden, en Procedures: Je begrijpt HR functies. Je helpt in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid en -procedures. Je geeft feedback voor het verbeteren van HR-procedures. HR Operaties: Je implementeert HR-taken, processen en projecten om de dagelijkse werking te garanderen. Je assisteert bij trainingssessies met betrekking tot HR-processen en -systemen (HRIS, tijdregistratie). Je documenteert routinematige workflows, vereisten, afhankelijkheden en kritieke punten. Je registreert HR-gegevens en transacties in HRIS. Je genereert en interpreteert standaard- en managementrapporten over HR-activiteiten. Data-analyse: Je verzamelt en documenteert gegevens uit verschillende bronnen om trends en activiteiten te evalueren. Je bereidt grafieken, tabellen, en andere hulpmiddelen voor om de resultaten van data-analyse weer te geven. Je onderzoekt, analyseert, implementeert en presenteert bedrijfsgerelateerde data aan management. Je gebruikt data-analysetools om gegevens te analyseren. Taalvaardigheden: Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is vereist. Kennis van Frans is een toegevoegde waarde. Een boeiende en gevarieerde fulltime job bij een innoverende wereldspeler.
