Als IT Solution Architect bij Flexso

Ben je betrokken bij het volledige end-to-end traject voor het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van oplossingen voor onze klanten. Door een hechte samenwerking met de business experten van de klant en functionele collegas in SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, C/4HANA, Concur,... Zet jij een nauwkeurige klant-analyse om in een technische oplossing en architectuur die aan de behoefte van de klant tegemoet komt. Jouw focus is het raakpunt zijn tussen processen , mensen en technologie , steeds met kwaliteit als de hoogste prioriteit. Je adviseert onze klanten en begeleidt hen doorheen het hele proces.

Geen twee projecten zijn dezelfde , en je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid : van een nauwkeurige klantanalyse tot een technische oplossing en een architectuur die aan de klantbehoeften beantwoordt en in lijn ligt met hun doelstellingen. Je adviseert , overtuigt en begeleidt de klant tot een oplossing op maat die zowel technisch als functioneel top is. Jij bent de lead developer en weet wat nodig is om een applicatie of integratie succesvol uit te rollen volgens de agile/scrum-filosofie . Je coacht jongere collegas, en als SAP full-stack developer duik je ook zelf regelmatig in de code.

Wat verwachten we?

  • Je houdt een helikopterzicht over SAP-technologie en roadmap: ERP-systeem, custom extensies, integratie, security, ...
  • Je werkt projectmatig en begeleidt klanten en teams in complexe SAP ERP implementaties.
  • Je bent een actieve luisteraar met een analytische en creatieve mindset.
  • Je denkt in concepten en kan snel de kern van een probleem aanduiden.
  • E rvaring met UI5, ABAP, BTP, CPI en/of één of meerdere SAP-modules is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Collegas en klanten kunnen op jou bouwen: verantwoordelijkheid opnemen boezemt jou geen angst in, integendeel Verantwoordelijkheid nemen zit in je genen.
  • Je werkt graag in team en zorgt voor inspiratie en positieve vibes.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig , Engels beheers je uitstekend en je kan je in het Frans behelpen.
