About the role

DSV Global Equipment Services is looking for a new member of the team to play a role in the finance department - a highly dedicated, engaged, and competent team where the driving force is a desire to create. The objective of the finance team is to support the business, to optimize financial processes and to exceed customers' expectations. Are you our new colleague to further enable us to achieve these goals?

In the position you are always in contact with colleagues, customers, and vendors around Europe. Together with your passionate colleagues, you will supply administrative support by performing clerical tasks such as invoicing, answering queries, filing, reporting, and data processing in various systems.

Duties:

  1. Use our company in-house systems to invoice, book, report, control turnover and costs for trailer hire and trailer related costs for Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands, Germany, Finland, and the UK.
  2. Follow up on identified errors in invoicing and vendor invoice processes.
  3. Assist in the month-end closing and prepare financial reports.
  4. Update and operate the intercompany dispute management system.

  3. Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
  4. Invoicing and bookkeeping experience.
  5. Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  6. Routine user of MS Excel.
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, manage competing demands and adapt to frequent changes.
