Verantwoordelijkheden:
- De planning voor het project opmaken en de taken aan de resources toekennen;
- Ad hoc meetings met de andere teams organiseren om te zorgen dat iedereen ten alle tijde is gealigneerd;
- De change requests van het project beheren;
- Op regelmatige tijdstippen over de status van het project rapporteren aan de juiste organen;
- Belangrijke wijzigingen of problemen die niet binnen de aanvaardbare tolerantiegrenzen vallen correct escaleren;
- Opvolging met leveranciers.
Profielomschrijving:
- Je bent zeer vertrouwd met iteratieve manieren van werken binnen IT-projecten;
- Je beschikt over een doorgedreven kennis van project-methodologieën;
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met (grootschalige) IT-projecten;
- Je hebt ervaring met business process re-engineering;
- Je beschikt over het vermogen om te organiseren, plannen en te prioriteren;
- Je toont interesse in de bredere context van een project;
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Je vertoont zeer sterke interpersoonlijke communicatie en luistervaardigheden;
- Je bent vertrouwd met aspecten van change management;
- Je hebt kennis van Application Management;
- Je hebt ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
