For the Belgian office they are looking for a Head of Accounting. Description Lead and manage the accounting operations of the Belgian entity in compliance with BEGAAP and IFRS. Supervise and support the local Accountant in daily operations and month‑end closing. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities and group HQ. Manage statutory accounts, annual audits, and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, etc.). Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial control. Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Collaborate closely with group finance and other cross‑functional teams.
