You simplify complexity, identify quick wins, and shape scalable AI strategies. What you will doBuild powerful prompts and workflows to solve real business problemsAdvise on the best approach: prompt only, Copilot solutions, Power Platform automations or full AI buildsWork with M365 Copilot ecosystem including Custom Agents, Researcher, Analyst...Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable tasksIdentify quick wins and value-first delivery strategiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical solutionsEnsure realistic expectations: what's doable, what's worth doing — and what isn't Your Profile3–4+ years relevant experience in AI, Automation, Digital Innovation, Business Engineering or similarStrong Prompt Engineering capabilityFamiliar with M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot or similar AI copilotsExperience with Power Automate / Power Apps / RPA or comparable toolsAble to compare approaches: prompt vs automation vs AI platform solutionStrong business acumen — you understand users, processes and value creationProblem-solver with a quick-win mentalityNo banking experience required Why this role mattersYou'll help shape how teams work with AI, enhancing productivity, enabling smarter decision-making, and driving meaningful innovation — without over-engineering.
