Je ondersteunt klanten in het correct toepassen van douaneprocedures en applicaties en begeleidt hen in het gebruik van gespecialiseerde software voor documentbeheer en compliancemanagement.DescriptionJouw KernverantwoordelijkhedenAnalyseren en configureren van klantprocessen binnen douane- en logistieke software.Opzetten, testen en optimaliseren van workflows volgens federale en Europese wetgeving.Klanten begeleiden via training, advies en documentatie.Oplossen van complexe dossiers, vaak met financiële en operationele impact.Opvolgen van wijzigingen in wetgeving en deze vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.Samenwerken in een “One Team”-cultuur met focus op kwaliteit, kennisdeling en continue verbetering.ProfileWie we zoekenJe hoeft geen programmeur te zijn, maar je voelt je wel thuis in een digitale omgeving en vindt het leuk om “onder de motorkap” te kijken van softwaretoepassingen.
