Quality Assurance Manager (CONTRACT - 1.0 FTE, 6 months) We're partnering with a respected Medical Device organisation in Belgium seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive compliance, support innovation, and ensure world-class quality standards across the full lifecycle of medical devices within a growing international team. What you'll do: Lead and maintain the ISO 13485-compliant Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee CAPA, change control, deviations, and supplier quality management. Drive audit readiness and manage internal, supplier, and regulatory inspections. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to ensure high-quality medical devices reach patients safely. What They're looking for: Proven experience in QA leadership for medical devices. Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR/IVDR Experience managing CAPA, QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
