Your Mission As a Data Quality Analyst, you will join a team dedicated to building a solid data culture and improving data quality across the organization. Your mission will focus on analyzing, monitoring, and enhancing the quality of data within the Financial Security perimeter (KYC, AML, Sanctions), while collaborating with multiple business and IT stakeholders. You will play a central role in implementing sustainable data quality processes that support business efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities Data Quality Management Design, implement, and monitor data quality controls for key data domains (clients, KYC, transactional data). Create and manage data quality dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas. Detect and document data quality issues, assess their business impact, and contribute to issue prioritization. Conduct root cause analyses and propose corrective actions through IT enhancements, process optimization, or manual corrections. Coordinate remediation activities with stakeholders from IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams. Governance & Standardization Contribute to data certification and quality assessment processes. Support the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, glossaries, and reference documentation. Participate in data quality and remediation committees, ensuring alignment between business and compliance requirements. Help identify use cases that bring measurable value through improved data management practices. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration Develop your expertise in Financial Security data flows and applications. Promote best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality methodologies within the team. Act as a key contributor in fostering collaboration between business, compliance, and IT stakeholders. Your Profile Experience & Knowledge Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Quality Analysis within the banking or financial sector. Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and data usage. Proven experience in Financial Security topics (KYC, AML, Sanctions). Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data governance frameworks or tools (e.g. Collibra, Ab Initio) is a plus. Familiarity with dashboards (Tableau, Business Objects) and SQL/SAS/Python is an asset. Understanding of the digital ecosystem and data-driven environments.
