Winning Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst, to be part of a project for one of our key clients in the technology sector in Brussels. Hybrid model. Functions: Collect, clean, and transform data from various internal and external sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends and key metrics. Analyze large datasets to idenfiy patterns, oppotunities, and potential issues. Collaborate with product, makerting, finance, or operations teams to define analytical needs. Monitor KPIs and propose improvements based on insights. Document processes, methodologies, and analytical models. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data. Automate data extraction and analysis processes when possible. Presnt findings to both technical and no-technical stakeholderes. Skills: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. +3 years of experience in data analysis or related areas. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis. Knowledge data visualization tool (valuable PowerBI).
