Your Role As a Business Analyst SAP, you will work on strategic and operational projects aimed at improving business performance through SAP solutions. You will collaborate with clients across pharma industries, manufacturing, energy, and more to deliver impactful results in areas such as: Project Delivery Analyze and map business processes to identify optimization opportunities Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW) Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges and proposing SAP-based solutions Serve as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realities Ensure solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and day-to-day business realities Team Collaboration Work closely with SAP consultants, developers, and cross-functional business teams Contribute to innovative, sustainable deliverables within agile or hybrid project environments Your Profile Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in SAP projects (Business Analysis, functional analysis, implementation, support, or optimization) in Life Sciences Fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong command of English Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, or SuccessFactors Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives Experience with project management tools or Agile methodologies is a plus Passionate about digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business impact What Avertim Offers A dynamic environment where ideas and individuals matter A young, vibrant, and fast-growing team Access to a European network of cross-industry expertise Continuous learning and career development opportunities, including SAP certifications A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience
