Om onze groei verder te versterken zoeken we een Cyber Security Specialist die niet alleen analyses maakt en risico’s detecteert, maar ook mee de security roadmap implementeert en hands-on uitvoert.Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar je impact hebt, ownership krijgt en rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een veiligere digitale werking.Als Cyber Security Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel in het versterken en bewaken van onze IT-security. Je vertaalt security-behoeften naar concrete acties, ondersteunt bij audits en incidenten, en werkt actief mee aan de uitrol van securityverbeteringen binnen de organisatie.Je werkt nauw samen met IT en andere stakeholders, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CIO.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Mee vormgeven en implementeren van de security roadmap, van plan tot uitvoeringHands-on uitvoeren van securitymaatregelen en verbeteracties (technisch en organisatorisch)Monitoren van security alerts, incidenten opvolgen en ondersteunen bij incident responseUitvoeren van risicoanalyses en adviseren rond mitigatie en best practicesOpstellen en onderhouden van security policies, procedures en documentatieCoördineren en ondersteunen bij security assessments, audits en compliance-trajectenSamenwerken met interne teams en externe partners om de security posture te verhogenActief opvolgen van nieuwe dreigingen, trends en technologieën binnen cybersecurityWat breng je mee?Je hebt ervaring of sterke interesse in cybersecurity binnen een enterprise IT-omgevingJe werkt gestructureerd, denkt analytisch en schakelt vlot tussen strategie en uitvoeringJe kan security-risico’s helder vertalen naar concrete acties voor de organisatieJe hebt kennis van of ervaring met topics zoals: vulnerability management, monitoring & incident opvolging, IAM / access control, netwerk- en endpoint security, cloud security (nice to have), Kennis van NIS2 is een sterke plus (nice-to-have)Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische teams als managementJe bent proactief en neemt ownership over je dossiersWat mag je verwachten?Een rol met impact waarin je echt mee bouwt aan een sterk security frameworkVeel ruimte om mee richting te geven aan het securitybeleid én dit ook concreet uit te voerenDirecte lijn met decision makers (rapportering aan CIO)Een professionele omgeving met aandacht voor groei en ontwikkelingCompetitief loonpakket met extralegale voordelen (incl. bedrijfswagen)Brutoloon: €3500 - €7000/maand
