Cyber Security Awareness, Education & Communications LeadCyber security isn’t just about technology — it’s about people.We’re looking for a Cyber Security Awareness, Education & Communications Lead to design and drive a global awareness strategy that empowers employees, reduces risk, and embeds security and privacy into everyday behaviours across the organisation.This is a high‑impact role where strategy, creativity, and communication come together to shape a strong security culture enterprise‑wide.🧠 The RoleYou will own end‑to‑end cyber security, information security, and privacy awareness, ensuring employees at every level understand their role in safeguarding systems and data.You’ll lead a small internal team, partner with specialist agencies, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver engaging, measurable, and compliant awareness programmes that truly change behaviour.🔐 Key ResponsibilitiesAwareness, Education & CultureDesign, deliver, and continuously improve a global cyber security & privacy awareness strategyCreate engaging, multi‑channel programmes including:e‑learning and LMS contentlive and virtual workshopsphishing and social engineering simulationsnewsletters and interactive campaignsTailor content for diverse audiences (general employees, IT, leadership, high‑risk roles)Embed security and privacy into onboarding and ongoing training across the employee lifecycleRun and analyse phishing simulations to strengthen organisational resiliencePromote a positive, proactive security culture through consistent communication, leadership engagement, and recognition initiativesMeasure effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and behavioural insights, reporting outcomes and recommendations to senior leadershipStay ahead of evolving cyber threats, regulatory changes, and industry best practicesEnsure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant standardsManage programme budgets, tools, and external partnersCommunication & EngagementLead internal and external communication for the Cyber Security team, in partnership with the corporate communications functionOwn and maintain the cyber security intranet presence, including services, updates, and programme progressEnsure clear, accessible communication channels between the organisation and the cyber security teamLeadershipManage and develop a small internal team (2–3 people)Coordinate external awareness, content, and training development agencies✅ What You BringBachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Communications, Education, or a related disciplineStrong track record in communications, awareness, or education rolesProven experience building and running security awareness programmes in large or complex organisationsSolid understanding of cyber security, information security, privacy, and regulatory requirementsExperience designing and delivering end‑to‑end cyber security campaignsHands‑on experience with awareness platforms (e.g. phishing simulation tools, LMS systems)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsData‑driven mindset with experience measuring and improving programme effectivenessExperience selecting and managing external content and training partnersWe are an equal opportunities Recruitment Business and Agency.
