- Experience in the Field: You have several years under your belt as a BIM Coordinator in construction, with a strong command of Revit and AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling Skills: You can independently create and adjust 3D models, and you’re supported by a BIM modeler when needed.
- Clash Detection: You use coordination software to identify and resolve conflicts in the models to ensure everything fits together seamlessly.
- Quality Focus: You take pride in maintaining the quality of the models, ensuring both geometry and data are accurate.
- Solid Technical Knowledge: With a background in Construction, (Applied) Architecture, or Technical Drawing, along with practical experience, you know what it takes to get the job done right.
- Team Player: You actively participate in site activities and communicate effectively with your colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attention to Detail: You work in an organized and meticulous manner, following quality standards and ensuring compliance with BIM protocols.
