Warehouse Operations Manager CAR-T.

De Warehouse Operations Manager zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opvoeren, het dagelijkse operationele beheer en de voortdurende verbetering van cGMP Warehouse Operations binnen een ultramoderne productiefaciliteit voor celtherapie met meerdere producten die zal worden gebruikt voor de productie van autologe en allogene celtherapieproducten. Deze persoon zal Technical Operations samenwerken met andere functies om de productie en distributie van celtherapieproducten te ondersteunen via veilige en conforme operaties volgens de cGMP-vereisten.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Leid, regisseer, coach en ontwikkel een effectief Warehouse Operations-team dat verantwoordelijk is voor alle inkomende, uitgaande, materiaalontvangst- en voorraadbeheer en distributieprocessen voor grondstoffen en eindproducten.
  • Breng een sterke relatie tot stand tussen de verschillende teams van de afdeling door duidelijke rollen en verantwoordelijkheden te identificeren.
  • Neem deel aan het ontwerp van de bestuursstructuur, het besluitvormingsproces, evenals aan prestatiebeheer en initiatieven met betrekking tot de voortdurende verbetering van de magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de aanwerving, ontwikkeling en prestatiebeheer van personeel binnen het magazijn.
  • Fungeren als hoofdgebruiker van de S4 HANA EWM-omgeving.
  • Ondersteunen bij de behandeling en tijdige afsluiting van afwijkingen, kwaliteitsonderzoeken en CAPA's gerelateerd aan operationele activiteiten.
  • Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor best practices volgens het Legend Biotech-beleid en de GXP-vereisten.
  • Neem deel aan of coördineer projecten waarbij operationele activiteiten betrokken zijn.
  • Communiceer met verschillende belanghebbenden, intern en extern, over activiteiten die verband houden met zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Neem deel aan risicobeoordelingen binnen het magazijn.
  • Deelnemen aan en uitvoeren van interne audits.
  • Ondersteun de auditgereedheid door het uitvoeren van bijbehorende gap-beoordelingen.
Jouw aanbod:
  • PhD of masterdiploma in wetenschap, supply chain, logistiek of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • 8+ jaar ervaring in de supply chain of gelijkwaardig met een achtergrond en management voor continue verbetering.
  • Het CPIM-certificaat van APIC is wenselijk.
  • 5-8 jaar ervaring in de rol van magazijn- en/of logistieke operations manager, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische industrie.
  • Ervaring met people leiderschap en performance management.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en SAP.
  • Sterke kennis van GMP en GDP.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig en succesvol te werken, meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te prioriteren.
  • Sterk in effectief communiceren en samenwerken met belanghebbenden.
  • Geavanceerde kennis van magazijnactiviteiten binnen een cGMP-productieomgeving.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels, bij voorkeur vloeiend in het Nederlands.
