Senior SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant (FI/CA – CI – CO)Location: Brussels, BelgiumOn-site: 2 days/week & 3 days remote workingStart: January 2026Duration: Long-term (multi-year)Languages: Dutch and/or French + EnglishOverviewWe are supporting several major SAP programmes and are looking for experienced SAP Finance & Controlling consultants.This position covers multiple possible assignments (FI/CA, CI or CO). Based on your background, you will be assigned to the track that best suits your expertise.Ideal for senior consultants with strong SAP functional experience across Finance, Billing, or Controlling.Possible Tracks1. SAP FI/CA & CI ConsultantSupport and enhance SAP FI/CA and CI processesWork on integrations and interface/API testing (SOAPUI/Postman)Deliver functional analysis, debugging, testing, and documentationImprove invoicing, financial operations, and customer accounting processes2. Senior SAP CO Consultant / Application OwnerProvide 1st & 2nd line SAP CO support (CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, planning)Lead requirements gathering, blueprinting and change request deliveryConfigure SAP CO and develop functional/technical specificationsManage integrations with connected systems (CATS, PS, and others)Support S/4HANA preparation, data activities and migration phasesRequired ExperienceYou should have strong experience in one of the following profiles:FI/CA – CI Profile5–10+ years in SAP FI/CA or CIKnowledge of S/4HANA and SAP integration technologiesAbility to debug SAP codeExperience in high-volume billing or financial operations environmentsCO Profile10–15+ years of SAP CO experience (CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, planning)Strong blueprinting and process analysis skillsSolid experience writing functional and technical specificationsPrevious involvement in SAP implementation or migration projectsExperience with Financial Closing Cockpit and CO integrations is an advantageKey SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetConfident communicator with business and IT stakeholdersAbility to work independently within large programme teamsProactive, organised, and solution-orientedWhy Apply?Multiple long-term SAP roles availableOpportunity to join large, enterprise-scale transformation programmesFlexibility to allocate you to the best-fitting project trackStable environment with long-term scope and S/4HANA exposure
