Start date: ASAP Duration: full time Salary: 50,000€-60,000/year (or equivalent in local currency, depending on location) Location: Hybrid, based in Brussels, Paris or London About Us Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to arts and culture. We create unforgettable digital and multimedia experiences for our customers. We work in close partnership with brands, museums, concert halls to help them better connect with their audiences and generate revenues. We already work with a broad range of cultural organisations such as the Paris Opera, the Orsay Museum, the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona, the Munich Opera, the London Symphony Orchestra,... various corporate brands and financial institutions. What do we do exactly? We create white-label streaming services and curated playlists with innovative features that help organisations sell more tickets, raise funds, and build stronger connections with their target audiences. Our team handles everything, from music licensing to technology and content management, so our partners can focus on growth. You can see an example of the white-label multimedia streaming platform we built for the Munich Opera here. We've also launched a Health & Education branch, where leading institutions in these industries use our platform to give patients, students, and residents meaningful access to the arts. We already collaborate with major players in their fields, and we're excited to keep expanding that list, with your support. The position is hybrid (3 days per week in the office), based in Brussels, Paris, or London. You'll be joining a friendly team of 20 "Vialmagicians," spread across five countries and representing 10 nationalities. With that level of diversity, it goes without saying that we actively embrace inclusion and are committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Role Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will define and shape the product vision and strategy for our B2B SaaS platforms, owning the full user lifecycle, from discovery to launch, onboarding, and long-term retention. You will work across teams (engineering, design, content, delivery and customer success) to ensure our product offerings deliver exceptional customer experiences while aligning with business objectives. In this role you will: be the voice of the customer and market within the company, drive product development and execution, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and build scalable, data-driven product processes. You will also represent the product externally, during client demos, onboarding, scoping discussions, and internally, communicating roadmap, progress, and priorities. Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals and user needs. Discovery & Research: Conduct user research, customer interviews, market/competition analysis and attend prospects and clients' meetings to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and opportunities. Product Prioritisation & Planning: Work with stakeholders (leadership, engineering, design, content, sales/clients) to prioritise product features, enhancements, and backlog items based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value. Product Ownership & Scrum Mastery: Serve as Product Owner and Scrum Master in agile rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), write user stories, requirements, define acceptance criteria, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure clarity and alignment across the engineering team. Client Engagement & Onboarding: Participate in meetings with prospects/clients to scope requirements, run product demos, lead onboarding sessions when needed, and gather feedback to feed back into product development. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work tightly with engineering, content, design, and client-facing teams to ensure cohesive product delivery, implementation, and support. Documentation & Processes: Build and maintain product documentation (features, workflows, best practices), and help define lean and effective processes for the product & tech teams. Metrics & Data-driven Decisions: Define, monitor, and report on key success metrics (usage metrics, adoption, retention, performance etc), leveraging analytics tools to inform iterative improvements. Stakeholder Communication: Represent the product vision, status, and priorities to the broader company (leadership, team) and to customers; communicate clearly and transparently. Long-term Product Leadership: As we grow, you may lead and mentor other product managers or contributors (internal or external), helping build the product organisation and scale the business. Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years of experience working in Product Management or related roles (PM, Product Owner, UX/Product Research, business, tech), preferably in B2B SaaS, platform-based or streaming products. Demonstrated experience owning and shipping full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → launch → iteration → growth. Strong experience in user research, market analysis, and customer-driven product discovery. Proven ability to work closely with engineering, design, content, and stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional, remote or hybrid environment. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product vision, requirements, and roadmap clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences (internal and external). Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs, using analytics and feedback to guide decisions. Experience using product tools like Jira / Atlassian Suite (or equivalents), and familiarity with CMS, CRM, multi-tenant databases, and API-driven workflows. Strong command of analytics and user behavior tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Metabase, Looker Studio, PostHog, or similar). Familiarity with data lakes and the ability to work closely with data scientists. Experience acting as Product Owner and Scrum Master in agile software teams, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs. Client-facing experience: scoping, gathering requirements, onboarding, demos and feedback loops. Strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, sense of ownership and accountability, and a passion for delivering excellent user experience. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. We have a strong preference for Brussels. You can also work close to London or Paris (or be willing to relocate). Nice-to-have Skills Previous experience working on B2B SaaS platforms, especially multi-tenant or white-label solutions. Background or interest in music, culture, media, arts, or streaming industry. Fluency in French or German (written and spoken). Familiarity with Webflow, Joomla, or similar CMS tools. Experience scaling products from early stage (MVP) to growth / product-market fit. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role (managing PMs, working with cross-functional teams, building process).
