Met een efficiënte supply chain, eigen productiesites en uitgebreide ondersteunende diensten zoals IT, Data & Analytics, Call Center, HR en Marketing, behoren we tot de grootste private werkgevers van het land. Elk merk en bedrijf binnen Colruyt Group heeft een eigen identiteit, met dezelfde missie en waarden. Vacature omschrijving In nauwe samenwerking met de pricing analisten van ons Service Center Prijs, adviseer je Okay & Bio-Planet over de prijsstrategie. Je neemt deel aan projecten, stroomlijnt de samenwerking en leidt de tactische of operationele bijsturing van de prijsstrategie in goede banen. Je gaat aan de slag binnen het Service Center Prijs (SCP) van Colruyt Group dat de prijsstrategie van de diverse winkelformules organiseert. Je laat er prijsanalyses uitvoeren en geeft op basis daarvan advies aan Okay & Bio-Planet. Je neemt een echte accountrol op: jij bent de link tussen de partijen en optimaliseert de samenwerking. Het is dus van belang dat je zowel in het Service Center Prijs als bij de winkelformules een breed netwerk uitbouwt en meewerkt aan diverse projecten. Wat doe je concreet? Je adviseert over de prijsstrategie en de mogelijkheden voor Okay & Bio-Planet. Je coördineert de tactische of operationele bijsturing. Je optimaliseert de service-relatie met Service Center Price: je bepaalt SLA's bepalen en volgt deze op, je finetunet de samenwerking. Je neemt deel aan projecten, binnen SCP om de service aan de winkelformules verder te optimaliseren, en aan projecten bij Okay & Bio-Planet waarin prijs een rol speelt. Je vertegenwoordigt Okay & Bio-Planet binnen SCP. Je volgt de prijsindicatoren op en rapporteert deze aan de business unit manager. Bij vragen van externe partijen bereid je de communicatie voor. Profiel Kennis en ervaring – Je hebt een master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Tevens, heb je reeds enkele jaren werkervaring in een adviserende functie. Analytisch vermogen – Je bent analytisch sterk zodat je snel inzicht krijgt in data en analyses en ook snel fouten of onregelmatigheden opmerkt. Zelf prijsanalyses kunnen maken is een pluspunt. Communicatievermogen – Je vervult de rol van account: je brengt makkelijk samenwerkingen tot stand, gaat in overleg en je overtuigt door je deskundigheid en enthousiasme. Klantgerichtheid – Je speelt in op de vragen en noden van de interne partners en levert een toegevoegde waarde met je deskundige advies. Talenkennis – Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Zo kan je vlot samenwerken met alle collega's en externe partners. Je werkt in Halle, maar kan tot twee dagen per week telewerken. Impact – Je helpt Okay & Bio-Planet bij het bepalen van de prijsstrategie en maakt zo ook het verschil voor de klant. Variatie – Je werkt samen met heel wat verschillende partners en diensten en krijgt de kans om binnen Colruyt Group een breed netwerk uit te bouwen. Opleiding – Je leert veel bij on-the-job en kan ook interne en externe opleidingen volgen om je talenten volop te ontwikkelen.
