Voor een groeiende digitale organisatie van ongeveer 150 professionals (architecten, analisten, ontwikkelaars, servicemanagers en coördinatoren) zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren freelance IT Project Lead voor Applicatie projecten (SAP). Je structureert ideeën tot realiseerbare plannen. Samen met de business stel je een planning en business case op.Je structureert het project en volgt alle aspecten op, van de GDPR-assessment tot en met de stuurgroep (Steerco). Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken IT-partijen samenwerken en hun deliverables opleveren.Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor alle IT-aspecten en overbrugt de kloof tussen IT en business. Bij sommige projecten werk je samen met een business projectleider, bij andere projecten neem je die rol zelf op.Daarnaast ondersteun je het team en de business bij het creëren van meer interne structuur (portfolio, resource forecasting, …). Je werkt binnen de bestaande Water-Scrum-methodologie en helpt deze verder te verbeteren.Je staat in contact met de CIO, de infrastructuurteams, de businessafdelingen en ondersteunende teams, architecten, analisten, ontwikkelaars, externe leveranciers, ...Sterke communicator: duidelijk, beknopt en toegankelijkProactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset met sterke sociale vaardighedenStressbestendig en comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving met hoge verwachtingenHands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om verder te gaan dan het klassieke takenpakket van een project leadKlantgerichte houding en leergierigTeamspeler die collectief succes boven individuele erkenning plaatstMinstens 8 jaar ervaring in het managen van IT- en softwareontwikkelingsprojectenAantoonbare ervaring als Project Manager binnen SAP-omgevingenMinstens 2 jaar ervaring met Agile of hybride methodologieënBereidheid om regelmatig te reizen naar verschillende locaties in BelgiëVertrouwd met tools zoals SAP ECC6, Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, Visio en ServiceNowProfessionele kennis van Nederlands, Frans en EngelsNice to haveDiepgaande kennis van het SAP-landschapErvaring met HR-processen of HR-systemenKennis van Belgische HR-wetgeving en -contextinteresse?anne@bimona.be
