Als Team Leader Development ga je aan de slag bij één van onze lidinstellingen. Je stuurt het Business Solutions team aan van 12 personen (ontwikkelaars, functionele analisten, architecten, exploitatie) dat op een Agile wijze aan de slag gaat. Je maakt je de businessnoden van de lidinstelling eigen en kan deze samen met je team vertalen naar technische oplossingen waarbij de nodige aandacht aan performantie, kwaliteit (testen), onderhoudbaarheid, standaardisatie, documentatie … wordt gegeven. Je behoudt hierbij steeds een helicopterview. Zo zorg je tevens voor een juiste prioritisering en planning van de projecten en aanvragen. Je wordt hierbij ondersteund door een PMO. Verder sta je in voor het onderhoud, de opvolging en de goede werking van de programma’s (inclusief exploitatie). Je staat garant voor kwalitatieve applicaties, die zowel voor een intern als extern doelpubliek ontwikkeld worden. Je technische achtergrond en ervaring zorgen ervoor dat je het team kan ondersteunen in het maken van de juiste keuzes (wijze van documenteren, gebruikte tools, software development best practices, innovatie, …) Als people manager coach, motiveer en inspireer je je medewerkers. Je stelt objectieven, volgt deze op en zorgt ervoor dat ze de nodige kennis en competenties hebben. Je zorgt voor een optimale organisatie van je team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
