We are currently in a period of substantial growth and are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader to join our team and add value to the QA department. The successful applicant would be required to attend site for at least 2 days in the Bruges office.

**The Opportunity**

The key focus of the role will be to manage a small QA team made up of QA Automation Engineers and Test Engineers. The role includes but is not limited to:

- Drawing up and following up the QA planning in consultation with the head of development
- Involved in Recruitment to actively build a larger team worldwide
- Guide in drawing up test design and testing whether all functional requirements are covered
- Ensuring training and knowledge transfer between the teams
- Daily standup with team and communication with development
- Work on implementing more efficient and effective processes and structure within the team
- Working as an inspiring coach on team spirit within the QA team to boost morale

**About You**
- Previous experiences in managing a remote team across differing time zones
- Demonstratable experience in Agile ways of working
- QA testing experiences
- Proven experience of changing processes and ways of working for a more efficient and structured approach
- Knowledge in writing test designs
- Open to collaborate with other teams in the organization
- Analytical & functional mindset
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch is desirable
