Opportunity
The role will be responsible for designing, organizing, and running Assessment Centers (AC), Skills Gap Analyses (SGA), and multi-source feedback mechanisms. The professional will also provide career management support to assess the managerial skills of candidates for middle management roles.
Specifically:
- Designing, delivery and organisation all aspects of AC/SGA processes;
- Production of individual AC/SGA reports, providing feedback to candidates/participants following ACs/SGAs;
- Providing the handbook for members of the selection panel and the manual for candidates/participants.
- Delivery and organisation of all aspects of the overall multi-source feedback mechanisms: running of the exercise for each participating manager and related respondents, drafting of the individual report, and delivery of the personalised individual or team/group follow-up sessions;
- Production of questionnaires for multi-source feedback mechanisms;
- Devising the actions for the general career management and management development.
Requirements
Education
A background in humanistic studies is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of ten years of professional experience, including at least six years in the areas of selection, assessment, development, and career development for management positions, or consultancy services in these fields, within an international and multicultural context.
Language skills
Proficiency in English (at least C1 level) and French (at least B2 level) is required, and certification of these language skills is necessary.
IT Skills
Intermediate level of IT proficiency.
Personal Characteristics
Excellent communication skills, time management, stress management, problem solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
