**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Your Role
The aim of the **Human Resources Department** is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.
The **Human Resources Officer** (HRO) manages the day-to-day operations such as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: on/off boarding; Human Resource Information System, employee relations, HR documents.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be as follow:
- Coordinating with Directors & Managers the annual employee performance appraisal
- Responsible for the lifecycle of all the employees:
- Implementing HR group policies on your scope
- Ensuring employment contract, addendum, and any HR legal documents are in line with Labor & Social Law
- Be responsible for employee lifecycle on your scope
- Declare the tax clearance
- Liaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if any
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Ensure compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & with Government regulations
- Responsible for the on boarding & offboarding process of the employees
- Administer the internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated population
- Coordination & logistics of the trainings
- Contribute to the lean management and improvement of HR processes
- Contribute to HR group projects
- Address payroll-related queries
**About you**
- You have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources positions and other related roles and you are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Good verbal & written communication in English & French
- Good attention to details, ability to work independently; Able to interact proactively with management and staff; Hard-working and high responsibility
- Proficient in MS-Office; Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability
