Noven is een jong en snelgroeiend bedrijf dat dé uitdaging voor onze planeet en haar bewoners mee wil aanpakken: global warming. 75% van het huishoudelijke energieverbruik dient voor verwarming, koeling en de productie van warm water. Noven pakt dit stukje van de globale puzzel mee aan: we ontwerpen, financieren en baten innovatieve energieconcepten uit in gebouwen, waarmee we de CO2-uitstoot drastisch kunnen verlagen.
Ons hecht team bestaat uit project managers, ingenieurs, data analisten en een gezonde portie energy geeks van alle leeftijden en achtergronden. We zijn steeds op zoek naar nieuw talent voor tal van posities.
Over je functie
We zoeken iemand die een cruciale rol wil opnemen binnen Noven door het beheren en optimaliseren van onze contractuele relaties met allerhande partijen. Als snel groeiend bedrijf in een innoverende sector dient er creatief te worden nagedacht met onze partners hoe we naar de beste samenwerkingsmodellen kunnen streven.
Niet alleen help je bij het opstellen en onderhandelen van een ruime waaier aan innovatieve contracten, je zorgt er ook voor dat tijdens de looptijd van onze projecten alles contractueel vlot verloopt en springt bij waar nodig. Je bent de organisatorische mastermind van onze juridische operaties en het klankbord voor onze partners zoals notarissen, banken en makelaars. Uiteraard kan je rekenen op de samenwerking met ons voltallig team, en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan onze General Counsel en mede-oprichters.
Over jou
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste legal counsel die een juridisch brein combineert met een hands-on manier van werken, die er plezier in schept om zaken te structureren en die wil meebouwen aan onze ambitie om steeds beter en efficiënter (samen) te werken.
Lijkt dit je op het lijf geschreven?
· Je hebt een masterdiploma rechten
· Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een relevante functie
· Je legt de lat hoog - we zoeken iemand met oog voor detail
· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over taken en processen
· Je moedertaal is Nederlands, vlot in het Frans is een plus
