BDO’s Digital Advisory Teams are successful in providing advice and support to our clients on their Digital Transformation projects. We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, leading end-to-end implementations and optimizing business processes using Microsoft 365 Business Central. Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft 365 Business Central solutions for clients across various industries. Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Conduct system assessments and provide ongoing support for system enhancements and upgrades. Train and mentor junior consultants and client teams on best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Business Central and related technologies. What do you bring to the table? Master degree in (business) engineering, business economics, or related field 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects in consulting environments OR experience in accounting and willing to learn ERP Implementations. Excellent communication skills in FR/EN Or NL/EN. Excellent problem-solving and client management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What do we bring to the table?
