Datacenter United is een toonaangevende leverancier in de datacenter industrie, gespecialiseerd in high-availability infrastructuur en colocatie oplossingen. Wij ondersteunen bedrijven van elke omvang bij hun digitale transformatie door veilige en schaalbare oplossingen voor dataopslag te bieden. Naar aanleiding van de aanhoudende groei alsook enkele grote projecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een persoon met technische achtergrond om ons team fulltime te komen vervoegen voor deze veelzijdige functie als Group Project Manager.Als Group Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van alle technische aspecten van DatacenterUnited en haar verschillende merken en zorg je er voor dat alle installaties voldoen aan de wettelijke normen. Andere belangrijke aspecten binnen de functie zijn: beheer van klant-SLA's ter ondersteuning van de operationele afdeling, ontwerp van belangrijke wijzigingen aan de datacenters, ontwerp van datacenter-upgrades en mogelijke uitbreidingen, een adviserende rol bij potentiële overnames en een adviserende rol bij klantaanbiedingen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en onrechtsreeks aan de CEO. Je werkt samen met de operationele teams over de verschillende sites heen. Projectmanagement: Technische oplossingen ontwerpen om het risico op downtime tot een minimum te beperken. Ideeën voor verbetering aandragen en een uitvoeringsplan voorstellen. Alle componenten van projecten ontwerpen en definiëren, deze tegen de beste voorwaarden inkopen en goedkeuring verkrijgen van het managementteam. Aansturen, ondersteunen en opvolgen van onderaannemers en eigen personeel bij de uitvoering van goedgekeurde oplossingen. Technische expertise en ervaring gebruiken om kostenreductie in projecten en elektriciteitsverbruik te realiseren. Ideeën aandragen om SLA-normen efficiënter te behalen. Corrigerende acties voorstellen en beheren in overleg met operations en facility. Oplossingen ontwerpen voor mogelijke upgrades en uitbreidingen. Efficiëntieverbeteringsprojecten ontwerpen en beheren in overleg met operations en facility. Facilitair Management / Service Delivery / Procesmanagement Binnen facilitair management coördineert en ondersteunt de GPM de facility-afdeling door toezicht te houden op onderhoudsplanning, HVAC- en stroommonitoring en het integreren van uniforme systemen voor alle locaties. Daarnaast wordt bijgedragen aan kostenbeheer (Opex en Capex) en kwaliteitscontrole van facilitaire werkzaamheden, waarbij efficiëntie regelmatig wordt geëvalueerd en geoptimaliseerd. Op het gebied van service delivery werkt de functie nauw samen met klanten en ondersteunt het managementteam bij klantaanbiedingen. Er wordt een brugfunctie vervuld tussen Datacenter United en haar klanten op technisch en operationeel vlak. Procesmatig waarborgt de GPM naleving van externe regelgeving en ontwikkelt en implementeert richtlijnen voor troubleshooting, changemanagement en rapportages. De functie draagt bij aan de actualisatie van kwaliteitssystemen om certificeringen te behalen en fungeert als technisch expert voor sales en onderhandelingen, evenals bij aanbestedingen en strategische besluitvorming binnen het managementteam Hoger opgeleid in een technisch vakgebied of gelijkwaardig. Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als ingenieur in een elektrotechnische omgeving. Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als ingenieur in een industriële/mechanische technische omgeving. Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement. Ervaring met datacenterfaciliteiten. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Uitstekende vaardigheden in people management. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Accuraat, Proactief, Stressbestendig.
