Je gaat aan de slag bij Colruyt Group IT, onze interne IT-dienst. Van applicaties bouwen tot projecten beheren van a tot z, we hebben alle IT-jobs in huis. Met een team van zo'n 2000 IT'ers in België, Frankrijk en India pionieren we met nieuwe technologieën en digitale innovaties. Of je nu Program Test Manager of data science engineer bent, samen met je collega's maak je onze organisatie wendbaar. Als Programma Test Manager speel jij een sleutelrol in het succes van deze projecten. We implementeren veranderingen in onze retailactiviteiten, maar evengoed in de ondersteunende diensten zoals HR en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle testactiviteiten vlekkeloos verlopen en werkt nauw samen met het programmateam om de teststrategie te definiëren en uit te voeren. Je werkt samen met multifunctionele teams in België en India, waaronder business architecten, IT-analisten, software engineers, testers, test managers, business partners en kerngebruikers, om het succes van het project, samen met de programma- en projectmanagers, te waarborgen. Je ontwikkelt een master test plan dat de scope, doelen, taken, middelen, tijdsframe en het budget van het test project schetst. De doorlooptijd van een project kan variëren van 6 maanden tot meer dan 3 jaar en bij sleutelprojecten kan het budget gaan van 1 tot meer dan 8 miljoen euro. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de middelen om een succesvolle oplevering van het test project te garanderen. Je werkt samen met de IT-architect in Quality Attribute Workshops en gebruikt de uitkomst ervan als input naar je risk-based MTP. Je werkt actief aan Quality Assurance en defect prevention. Je bepaalt het TPI-traject, gericht naar de ratio Cost Of Quality vs Cost of Non-quality. Identificeert en beheert potentiële risico's en problemen die het succes van het test project negatief kunnen be nvloeden. Je beheert alle stakeholders, begrijpt hun verwachtingen, en communiceert de programma test status tijdig en effectief naar alle stakeholders. Je leidt het test team dat zich in België of India bevindt, wijst taken toe, beheert de prestaties van het team, lost conflicten op en zorgt ervoor dat de teamleden gemotiveerd zijn en werken aan de project- en programma doelstellingen. Je werkt voornamelijk in ons hoofdkantoor in Halle, maar je kan tot drie dagen per week thuiswerken of vanuit regionale kantoren zoals Mechelen, Haasrode of Zwijnaarde. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij programmameetings en stemt af met onze partners in België en India. Profiel Kennis en ervaring – Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in Software Testen, waarvan minstens 5 jaar als Test Manager. Je hebt kennis van ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, de Scrum Guide en Prince2. Je kan een strategie opstellen voor het testen van niet-functionele vereisten. Je hebt test assessment kennis, bv met TMMi. Ten slotte heb je ervaring in het werken met en aansturen van offshore en distributed teams. Ondernemerschap en enthousiasme –Je bent gedreven en dynamisch. Je weet mensen te mobiliseren waardoor je projecten tot een goed einde brengt. Je kan je inleven in de wereld van de eindgebruiker en je team. Analytisch inzicht –Je kan strategisch denken, bent oplossingsgericht, en hebt aandacht voor eenvoud en efficiëntie in processen. Stakeholdermanagement en changemanagement – Jij kan makkelijk in gesprek gaan met stakeholders om hun behoeften, noden en verwachtingen te begrijpen. Bovendien weet jij als geen ander hoe je een verandering tijdens een project moet aanpakken. Talenkennis –Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Impact – Jouw inbreng weegt door op het strategisch en tactisch niveau. Je bouwt mee aan de overkoepelende visie en strategie.
