We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager (Google Ads – Meta – TikTok) – Freelance | TML Partners Are you a driven recruitment professional with deep expertise in the digital marketing and media ecosystem? Join TML Partners as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Manager, and help us connect exceptional digital experts with global opportunities across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles, from sourcing to offer stage. Build strong candidate pipelines for positions focused on Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and Growth. Partner with internal teams and clients to understand talent needs and market trends. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Represent TML Partners as a trusted advisor within the global digital talent community. Requirements 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within digital marketing, media, or tech. Proven success recruiting for roles in Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok ecosystems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently as a freelancer / remote collaborator. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
