Job Description:

As Collaborator of the team of COO – IT Projects, Reporting & Digital:

  • Your first priority will be to frame the Data Management Compliance scope, define it and ensure its sustainability by setting up adapted controls and governance to guarantee accuracy and exhaustivity of Compliance owned and related data. Once this is put in place, we can go into a BAU modus;
  • You will also take responsibilities in Transversal Projects linked to the Compliance domain;
  • You will be responsible for projects which can impact different kinds of processes and domains, as well as assets of different banking and/or functions domains such as AML Road Map and initiate processes and tools;
  • You will evolve as Transversal Project Manager within Compliance inducing cooperation with a large variety of stakeholders including senior management of the Bank.
  • You will have the opportunity to discover a wide range of areas and activities of the bank in a stimulating and varied working environment with multiple contacts;
  • You will join a dynamic team that assures a variety of tasks within Compliance. We offer on-the-job training and continuous training within the Compliance department;

  • You have a proactive attitude and are constantly looking for ways to optimize processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies is an advantage.
  • You are communicative, both written and oral, and have no problems expressing yourself in English, French, and/or Dutch.
  • You have knowledge of Tableau and SAS (or are willing to build this knowledge ASAP) and a good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Python is a plus.
