We are looking for a Head of Solution Sales at NRB Group, a market leader in Belgium offering IT services covering infrastructure & cloud, software development, consultancy & managed staffing. More info: YOUR MISSION As Head of Solution Sales, you will: Lead and coach a team of 6 Solution Sales to meet and exceed commercial targets, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers. Define and implement your team’s sales strategy, taking targeted actions based on performance results. Stay hands‑on: leverage your own network and experience to prospect the market, specifically targeting large organizations with over 500 employees, and support your team in winning new clients. Identify and develop opportunities with new accounts, focusing on business lines such as AI, data, cybersecurity, business platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft), and multi‑cloud solutions. Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, competitors, and technology developments to continuously refine and adjust the team strategy. In short: You are a results‑driven leader who motivates the team while actively contributing to business development. You are a success‑oriented person. Knowledge of the Belgian IT market and client business needs. Desired qualities Natural leader with team spirit. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
