Onze klant is actief in de reissector. Ze wensen hun data team te versterken met een medior/senior Data Manager.

Functieomschrijving

Als Medior/Senior Data Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het team dat zich richt op het optimaliseren van de reiservaringen.

Je ontwikkelt en verfijnt analysetools om kwaliteitsparameters te monitoren. Daarnaast zorg je voor rapportering binnen de organisatie en voer je diepgaande analyses uit op basis van bestaande datasets en geavanceerde data-analysemethoden.

Je bewaakt de consistentie en naleving van data governance-standaarden binnen de afdeling en werkt nauw samen met teams op corporate niveau om een gestroomlijnde rapportering te garanderen.

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van KPI-rapportages die operationele processen ondersteunen en optimaliseren.
  • Beantwoorden van businessvragen met gerichte analyses op datasets binnen het Azure-platform.
  • Diepgaande analyse van operationele data, zoals snelheidsprofielen en de impact van structurele veranderingen op prestaties.
  • Ontwerpen van gegevensverwerkingstools conform corporate richtlijnen rond Enterprise Data Management.
  • Integreren van verschillende datasets bij de implementatie van nieuwe toepassingen om waardevolle inzichten te genereren.
  • Beheren en verfijnen van bestaande Power BI-rapportages.
  • Coachen en aansturen van een klein team om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
  • Samenwerken met diverse stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie om data-gedreven verbeteringen te realiseren.

Vereiste ervaring

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 4 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring, met een sterke focus op data-analyse en business intelligence.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en in staat om complexe operationele processen snel te doorgronden.
  • Ervaring met BI-rapportering en kennis van machine learning of big data-analysetechnieken is een plus.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten of het potentieel om een klein team te sturen.
  • Creatief in het ontdekken van nieuwe toepassingen voor bestaande datasets.
  • Goede stressbestendigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, diplomatisch en proactief in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
