Franki Foundations, een dochteronderneming van de internationale BESIX Group, marktleider in diepe funderingen in België. Jaarlijks voeren we meer dan 500 projecten uit in verschillende domeinen (woningbouw, industrie, energie, infrastructuur, etc.). Van de voorstudie tot de afwerking. Voor werven gevestigd in België, Nederland en Frankrijk:In samenwerking met Projectmanagers en je verantwoordelijke, de Principal Site Manager :- Zorg je voor de voorbereiding, bevoorrading en operationele monitoring van werven;
- Verzeker je een opvolging van de kosten en de conformiteit van de leveringen;
- Optimaliseer je de werkroosters van het team;
- Zorg je voor een goede communicatie tussen partners (klanten, architecten, ontwerpbureaus, projecteigenaren).
- Zorg je voor de implementatie van gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieu-eisen;
- Concretiseer je de eisen van de klanten en de kwaliteitsprocedures;
- Zorg je voor het respecteren van deadlines.
- Je bent een informatiedoorgeefluik voor je teams, vooral op het gebied van interne procedures;
- Je neemt deel aan de opleiding en evaluatie van je teams;
- Je bent een promotor van de waarden van het bedrijf, met name op het gebied van respect;
- Je handhaaft een hoog niveau van netheid en correcte bediening van de apparatuur;
- Bouw – Bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
- Professionele ervaring: Een eerste professionele ervaring in een technische sector met teammanagement is een pluspunt;
- Flexibiliteit: Werk op verplaatsing en volgens een variabel werkschema;
- Talen: Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; Engels is een pluspunt;
- Vaardigheden: Hoge organisatorische vaardigheden; veiligheid-, kwaliteit- en resultaatgericht; uitstekende 'people manager'; gevoel voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid;
- Overig: Gebruiksgemak van IT-tools, rijbewijs B.
- Principal Site Manager
- Ploegbazen en Productiearbeiders. Van 2 tot 10 personen afhankelijk van de grootte van de werf.
- Van 1 tot 5 projecten afhankelijk van de mate van complexiteit.
- Projectmanagers – HSE-afdelingen, Quality, People en Maintenance.
- Een contract van onbepaalde duur;
- Een marktconform salaris en extralegale voordelen waaronder een bedrijfswagen;
