Functional Integration Consultant specialising in implementation and configuration – Permanent Position – Full Benefits PackageWe are actively seeking a Functional Integration Consultant to join a global leader in security and workforce management solutions.With 50 years of expertise and partnerships across a variety of sectors, our client holds a leading international position in its field, with a strong focus on innovation, digital security, and flexibility.Based in Dilbeek, you will work on Workforce Management software implementation projects across various industries (retail, healthcare, public services, aviation). You will provide both technical and functional support to clients and ensure that the solutions align with their operational and strategic objectives.Your Responsibilities :Analyze and optimize existing processes related to workforce planning, time registration, and productivity managementCollaborate with HR, IT, and operational teams to define functional requirementsTranslate business needs into technical and functional specificationsImplement and configure Workforce Management (WFM) software in collaboration with project managers and technical teamsTrain users and provide post-deployment supportProactively advise clients with a view toward continuous improvementStay informed about market trends and relevant innovationsYour Profile :University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong interest in IT and Human ResourcesMinimum of 4 years of experience in implementing ERP, Workforce Management or HRIS solutions, as well as in functional analysisStrong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client supportExcellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an additional assetDemonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders (HR, IT, operational teams)Problem-solving and analytical skillsOur Offer :A permanent contract within an innovative international companyA dynamic and supportive work environment, where collaboration and mutual respect are core valuesAn attractive salary package with numerous extra-legal benefits, including meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, company car, remote work possibilities, and moreExtensive training opportunities from day one, along with real prospects for career developmentAre you interested in this great opportunity?
