Bij Randstad Digital zoeken we een ervaren en gedreven CISO om de beveiligingsstrategie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwikkelen en handhaven van het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid. Je krijgt de kans om impact te maken door risico’s te minimaliseren en een cultuur van beveiligingsbewustzijn te creëren binnen een toonaangevende organisatie. Locatie: Hybride (Regio Brussel / Evere – 3 dagen thuiswerk mogelijk) Ervaring: 8+ jaar in Cybersecurity / Informatiebeveiliging Opleiding: Master of Bachelor in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een gerelateerd technisch vakgebied. Jouw Taken: Ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van een allesomvattend informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en de bijbehorende strategie. Leidinggeven aan het beveiligingsteam en het verhogen van het security-bewustzijn binnen de gehele organisatie. Identificeren, beoordelen en proactief mitigeren van beveiligingsrisico's. Toezicht houden op de implementatie en het beheer van Identity & Access Management (IAM)-systemen (provisioning, authenticatie, autorisatie). Beheren en optimaliseren van de CyberArk-omgeving voor Privileged Access Management (PAM). Coördineren van regelmatige beveiligingsaudits en penetratietesten. Aansturen van de incident response en uitvoeren van forensisch onderzoek bij beveiligingsincidenten. Rapporteren aan het senior management over de status en voortgang van de informatiebeveiliging. Jouw Profiel: Diepgaande expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principes en praktijken. Ruime ervaring met het beheren van Privileged Access Management oplossingen, waarbij kennis van CyberArk een zeer sterke troef is. Grondige kennis van internationale beveiligingsnormen en wetgeving zoals ISO 27001, NIST en GDPR. In het bezit van relevante certificeringen zoals CISSP, CISM of CISA. Sterke leiderschapscapaciteiten en het vermogen om complexe beveiligingsvraagstukken helder te communiceren naar diverse stakeholders. Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
