Then you might be the person we're looking forJob Description:At F Care Systems, we're hiring a Junior Quality and Regulatory Assistant to join our team at our Berchem (Antwerp) office. This is a full-time, on-site role—perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and gain hands-on experience. This role offers practical experience and early responsibility, making it a great opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in regulatory affairs and quality management alongside a supportive team.Your day-to-day tasks will include· Drafting and maintaining product submission files for CE, FDA, and other markets· Communicating with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and European notified bodies· Participating in quality audits· Communicating with distributors and assisting them with local registration· Maintaining the quality management system of F Care Systems in compliance with ISO 13485· Preparing and submitting reimbursement filesYour profile:· Bachelor’s Degree· Able to work independently and take initiative· Detail-oriented and well-organised· Eager to learn and grow in a regulatory/quality role· Comfortable working in English (spoken and written fluency is essential)Our Offer:An attractive salaryFull-time permanent contractLaptopOn the job training (internal and external).Interested?Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV and cover letter to steven.mertens@fcaresystems.comPlease note: We're hiring for a permanent employee and are not considering freelance candidates at this time.
