You will act as the voice of the IT department, ensuring that all messages are user-friendly, timely, and aligned with corporate standardsIf you have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate technical information into simple, impactful messages, we invite you to applyObjectives of this Role:Develop and implement communication plans for IT services and projectsEnsure all IT-related messages are clear, concise, and adapted to non-technical audiencesManage communication through community channels, includingLMA Channel: Extranet, D’EasyPortal, LMA Intranet, Teams Channel, Viva ChannelDIA Channel: Intranet, Extranet, D’EasyPortal, LMA Intranet, Teams Channel, Viva ChannelIT Channel: RED Alert, Teams ChannelsCollaborate with IT teams to gather accurate information and turn it into user-friendly contentPromote IT initiatives and tools to improve adoption and user experienceAct as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure consistent messagingKey Responsibilities:Draft and distribute IT service announcements, maintenance notifications, and project updatesCreate engaging content for newsletters, intranet posts, and internal social platformsPrepare FAQs, guides, and quick tips for IT tools and processesMonitor feedback from users and garages to improve communication effectivenessMaintain a communication calendar for IT initiatives and service changesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field2–4 years of experience in corporate or internal communication rolesAbility to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExcellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills (NL - FR - UK)Strong organisational and project management abilitiesProficiency in SharePoint and digital communication platforms (Teams, Viva)Openness to emerging technologies and ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and optimisationCollaborative mindset and ability to work closely with IT teamsPreferred Skills:Experience in IT or technology-related communicationKnowledge of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR)Basic understanding of IT service management (ITIL) conceptsSkills in graphic design or content creation tools (ex: Adobe Suite)Performance Expectations (KPIs):Timely delivery of IT announcements and alertsEngagement rates on community channels (Teams, Viva, Extranet)Positive feedback from internal users and garages on clarity and usefulnessIncreased adoption of IT tools and portals following communication campaignsReduction in repetitive IT support queries due to improved communication If interested share your updated CV to sivapriya@sloka.eu
