Communication & Training Officer – Large Capital Projects Delivery (LCPD) Location: Belgium Are you an organized, proactive, and communication-savvy professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a high-performing project environment? We are seeking a Communication & Training Officer to support our Large Capital Projects Delivery (LCPD) organisation. In this role, you will help ensure our communication and training activities run smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with our broader strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the LCPD Change Lead, you will play a key part in strengthening project execution through clear, timely communication and robust training coordination. Your Responsibilities Communication Execute internal communication plans aligned with project milestones and stakeholder needs. Serve as the primary contact for communication activities, ensuring alignment with Project Leads and the Change Lead. Draft and distribute engaging content: newsletters, updates, presentations, and visual materials. Support branding and visibility for LCPD initiatives, including internal events and forums. Maintain communication assets, minutes, and documentation across governance bodies. Adapt messages for different audiences and channels while ensuring consistency with global communication standards. Track communication effectiveness and propose improvements to tools, processes, and engagement. Training Maintain and update the LCPD training matrix to reflect evolving project requirements. Coordinate onboarding and continuous training activities for internal and external team members. Act as Training Booster within TalentShare—assigning, monitoring, and ensuring training compliance. Track training progress, propose KPIs, and prepare regular reports for leadership. Ensure training records are audit-ready, compliant, and properly archived. Identify training risks or backlogs and work with stakeholders to avoid impacts on project milestones. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Development, or related field. 3–5 years' experience in internal communications, training coordination, or project support; experience in technical or industrial environments is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is an asset. Skilled in MS Office tools and comfortable adopting new digital platforms. Organized, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and proactive with a hands-on approach. Able to collaborate effectively in multicultural, interdisciplinary, and matrix environments.
