Corporate Business Development Manager

Are you an accomplished Sales and Business Development professional with a passion for driving new business? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a leading organisation within the Household Goods Moving, Relocation, and Global Mobility sector.
This role is focused on identifying and securing new corporate clients while selling a range of moving, relocation, and global mobility solutions across the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage decision-makers, HR professionals, and Global Mobility Managers within organisations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, building profitable business relationships.
- Drive sales efforts strategically to meet and exceed business development targets.
- Generate new business opportunities aligned with annual sales and profit objectives.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to raising awareness of company services.
- Manage and lead RFQ processes, collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, awards, and networking events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong market position.
- Maintain and update sales databases to track business development activities.
- Undertake additional sales-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential.
- Strong ability to sell business services, including move management, relocation, and global mobility solutions.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the relocation services sector.
- Skilled in identifying and researching key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Confident networker with exceptional prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales and new business development.
- Strong persuasion and influencing abilities with a hunger to drive revenue growth.
