We are looking for an R&D Field Electrical Technician, you will be dealing with:
- Electronics Request Support: Serve as a key technical resource by responding to electronic inquiries from various departments, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
- Quality Support: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex field claims, providing expert guidance ON FIELD (in our different entities in Europe) to the Quality department for swift and effective resolution.
- Catalog Management: Oversee and manage a Catalog of simple components, including the selection and validation of new components. Ensure its accuracy and relevance through proactive daily maintenance and updates.
- Electronics Team Support: Participate in electronic projects, working closely with the department to achieve project goals. Define, execute and report on test plans, ensuring rigorous assessment and compliance with requirements.
- Prototype Development & Validation: Design, develop, and validate electrical/electronics prototypes, driving innovation and enhancing product performance.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including Group Guidelines, based on electronic standards analysis to ensure industry compliance.
- Bachelor degree (Electrical) or equivalent experience
- Operational electrical knowledge
- Reporting and good communication skills
- CAD software basic
- Electrical norms understanding
- Language : English (B2 min), French
- Ready to travel frequently (25% of your time)
