Functieomschrijving Als Customer & Administration Support bij Keyware Technologies ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze commerciële vertegenwoordigers. Je biedt efficiënte ondersteuning en oplossingen voor vragen of problemen. Dankzij je kalme en professionele aanpak draag je bij aan een optimale service Jouw taken Beheer van de onboarding van nieuwe klanten Beheer van samenwerkingstools met onze partners Eerstelijnsondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail voor administratieve vragen, facturatie en nieuwe contracten in samenwerking met het sales team Telefonische ondersteuning voor onze commerciële vertegenwoordigers bij vragen of problemen Uitvoeren van basisprocedures zoals contractopvolging, verwerken van feedback en operationele ondersteuning van het sales team Actieve bijdrage aan de verbetering van onze klantenservice Jouw profiel Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Frans Stressbestendig en kalm onder druk Dynamisch, gemotiveerd en klantgericht Pluspunt: Basiskennis van boekhoudsoftware voor het beheer van betalingen en facturen Waarom werken bij ons?
