Wie is Smart en wat doet ze?
Smart is een coöperatie en onderneming die gedeeld wordt door duizenden personen. Ze kunnen er een beroepsactiviteit uitoefenen in diverse domeinen en gebruikmaken van tools en diensten die door het collectief worden gefinancierd: beheer van aangiften (facturatie, boekhouding, btw), juridische bijstand, opleidingen, persoonlijke begeleiding en toegang tot coworkingruimtes. Dankzij Smart is het mogelijk om als werknemer een beroep te doen op de sociale zekerheid en toch in alle vrijheid te ondernemen.
Smart begeleidt jaarlijks 20.000 personen in 9 kantoren verspreid over België.

De financiële directie van Smart telt drie afdelingen: boekhouding & financiën, beheercontrole en de klantendienst.
Om haar financiële directie te versterken, is Smart op zoek naar 1 business controller.
Functiebeschrijving
Je valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de CFO. Dit zijn je belangrijkste taken:
- uitwerken van dashboards en indicatoren die beantwoorden aan de noden wat betreft de financiële en begrotingsrapportering van Smart in België en Europa.
- bijdragen aan de toepassing en ontplooiing van opvolgings- en analysetools op verschillende vlakken: analytische, financiële en begrotingsboekhouding, financiële statistieken met betrekking tot het begrotingsbeleid.
- opmaken van teruggave- en analyseoverzichten om de budgettaire en financiële opvolging van de activiteiten van de leden en van de Smart-entiteiten te vereenvoudigen.
- meewerken aan de begrotingsplanning, bijdragen aan de invoering van de analytische boekhouding en de bepaling van uitgaven en opbrengsten van de activiteiten van de leden en de Smart-entiteiten, deelnemen aan het onderhoud en de evolutie van de informaticatools en de begrotings- en financiële apps.
- installeren van procedures voor de interne begrotings- en financiële controle en uitwerken van actieplannen op dat vlak.
Profiel
Kennis:
- Een goede boekhoudkundige en financiële achtergrond;
- Methodologie om complexe problemen op te lossen;
Knowhow:
- Beheersing boekhoudkundige normen
- Basiskennis fiscaliteit
- Beheersing data-analyse en gebruik van informatiesystemen: spreadsheets, databases, ERP, tools voor Business intelligence …
- Kennis van Sage, Power BI en SQL is een troef
- Beheersing economisch, financieel en begrotingsbeheer
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans (niveau C1)
Vaardigheden:
- Een goed analytisch vermogen;
- Nauwgezet en methodologisch kunnen werken;
- Zin voor initiatief en overtuigingskracht;
- Kunnen werken volgens prioriteiten en doelstellingen
