MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES est une organisation humanitaire médicale, internationale, indépendante, présente dans plus de 60 pays à ce jour. MSF apporte une assistance médicale aux populations victimes de conflits armés, d'épidémies, de pandémies ou de catastrophes naturelles, et privées de soins, sur base de leur besoin, sans discrimination de religion, philosophie ou politique.

MSF Supply est la centrale d'achat de Médecins Sans Frontières Belgique. Ses 125 collaborateurs offrent un service logistique intégré aux missions sur le terrain : support technique, gestion des commandes clients, appels au marché et achat du matériel médical et non-médical, contrôle de qualité, entreposage et expédition des biens jusqu'aux missions présentes sur le terrain. MSF Supply est un des piliers de la Supply Unit d'OCB (Opérationnel Center Brussels, les opérations d'MSF Belgique) comprenant l'entièreté de la gestion de la Supply Chain à la fois internationale et locale. MSF Supply sert également d'autres organisations du secteur humanitaire.

En 2023, MSF Supply a servi plus de lignes de commandes et envoyé plus de m3, soit 3100 tonnes de matériel sur le terrain.

Notre Mission : MSF Supply, centrale d'approvisionnement du mouvement MSF, fournit des produits et services de qualité adaptés aux besoins d'organisations humanitaires médicales.

Le département des Opérations reçoit les commandes clients et s'assure que celles-ci soient correctement affrétées. Les Desk Operators effectuent la liaison avec les départements ad hoc en cas de problème avec les lignes de commande.

Les clients MSF Supply sont exclusivement des ONG's ou des centrales d'achat humanitaire.

Assurer la bonne réception et le bon traitement des commandes internationales en vue de garantir leur réalisation/traitement complet tout en essayant de répondre au mieux aux exigences des clients (qualité, délais, respect des prix) dans le respect des procédures.

  • Il/elle doit connaître et appliquer les contraintes des pays afin de garantir le bon traitement de la commande.
  • Gérer les commandes des clients de manière à ce que les missions reçoivent à temps les produits demandés en tenant compte des contraintes liées à l'importation des produits.
  • Réceptionner les commandes envoyées par les missions MSF et autres clients humanitaires de son portfolio.
  • Vérifier que la commande a bien été établie selon les règles en vigueur et introduire les corrections/modifications nécessaires.
  • Vérifier la bonne attribution des codes des produits et si nécessaire transférer les informations aux pharmaciens / techniciens (Assurance Qualité) pour obtenir le code adéquat.
  • Prendre contact en anglais/en français avec le client afin de l'informer de la bonne réception de la commande.
  • Garantir la bonne répartition des produits dans différentes commandes selon leur statut et leurs caractéristiques intrinsèques.
  • En collaboration avec le service planification du magasin, définir une date de préparation physique de la marchandise selon la disponibilité des articles stockés.
  • Rester en contact avec le département des expéditions afin d'organiser au mieux la planification commande.
  • Classer et archiver l'ensemble des documents et informations liés au traitement des commandes.
  • Tenir le client au courant de sa situation budgétaire en fin d'année.
  • En cas de claim, fournir les informations nécessaires au quality officer.
  • Travailler en binôme par groupe de pays et assurer le back-up en cas de nécessité.
  • Fournir une expertise technique aux clients – Cellule – Opérations.

Niveau d'étude : bachelier ou équivalent par expérience

Nombre d'années d'expérience : 3 ans dans le supply et minimum 1 an d'expérience en mission.

Compétences linguistiques : bilingue français-anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.

Compétences fonctionnelles : capacité d'analyse de la chaine supply.

Compétences techniques : parfaite connaissance du fonctionnement de la supply chain.

Contrat : indéterminée – full time
