Aviapartner handles 300,000 tonnes of cargo each year and serves 80 million passengers. Wat doe je precies in deze functie? De Quality & Eco Pilot ondersteunt de Quality & Environment Manager en zorgt voor het verwerken, onderhouden en de goede implementatie van het interne kwaliteitssysteem (QMS) op stationsniveau Je voornaamste taken: • Implementeren, onderhouden en toezicht houden op het Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS) en Milieumanagementsysteem (EMS) op de luchthaven • Plannen en uitvoeren van interne en externe audits, inspecties en gap-analyses • Zorgen voor documentbeheer en het up-to-date houden van procedures, werkinstructies en de handleidingen van de luchtvaartmaatschappijen • Coördineren en behouden van certificeringen (zoals ISO9001, ISO14001, ISAGO, Ecovadis)• Rapporteren en registreren van auditverslagen, genereren en opvolgen van corrigerende en/of preventieve maatregelen met behulp van het intern kwaliteitssysteem binnen de gestelde deadlines • Organiseren en deelnemen aan kwaliteitsreviews en initiatieven voor continue verbetering • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van het milieuprogramma van de luchthaven, inclusief risico- en impactanalyses Kom jij hiervoor in aanmerking?• Eerdere ervaring in auditing, QMS, EMS en bijhorende relevante softwaresystemen is een plus • Goede kennis van processen, SOPs, veiligheidsprocedures • Sterke communicatieve, documentatie- en organisatorische vaardigheden • Analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen • Teamspeler: nauwkeurig, gedisciplineerd, betrouwbaar, positief en flexibel • Coöperatieve, klantgerichte en positieve instelling • Zelfstarter die goed georganiseerd is, verantwoordelijk, deadlines respecteert en initiatief neemt • Bereidheid om te reizen en indien nodig buiten de normale kantooruren te werken Wat hebben we jou te bieden?
